We are looking for Service Employees for Café / Bakery / Ski Rental 

The positions as a Service Employee at the Service Center mean that you work with production, preparation, replenishment and dispatch in all departments, including Rental, Reception, Sports Shop, Café and Mine Market. We are open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm, also on public holidays.

• Number of positions: 3-4 positions starting at the beginning of December and until Easter Sunday.
• Staff housing is possible.
• Application deadline 31. October 2026.
• Salary by agreement. 

From our Service Employees, we expect as a minimum: 

• That you who master at least 1 Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) in speech and in writing.
• That you can speak and understand English and that you have experience in customer service.
• That you are a mature and independent.
• That you are at least 18 years old.
• That you are an outgoing person who gets energy from providing top service.
• That you are an all-rounder and see the guest.

We are looking for people for cabin service for the Winter Season 2026/2027 

In Hytteservice, we need a handyman/craftsman and snow ploughers part-time for plowing assignments in cabin fields at Nordseter. 

Part-time positions: 

• Experience with tractor ploughing is a requirement and must be documented.
• A driver's license for tractors 40 KM/h is a requirement.
• If you have a driver's license for snowmobiles, it is an advantage.
• You must be a calm and restrained person with a great sense of responsibility for the job and for equipment.
• You must have experience with what is required in terms of inspection and maintenance on tractors and snow ploughing equipment.
• You must have your own means of transport to and from work.
• Work must be expected on weekends, evenings and holidays if it snows.
• Salary per hour by agreement.
• The work period is from the snow comes until it disappears. (approx. 1/12-15/4) 

Full-time positions: 

• Experience with tractor ploughing is a requirement and must be documented.
• A driver's license for tractors 40 KM/h is a requirement.
• If you have a driver's license for snowmobiles, it is an advantage.
• You must be a calm and restrained person with a great sense of responsibility for the job and for equipment.
• You must have your own means of transport to and from work.

• You must have craftsmanship experience in relation to building operation and maintenance.
• Tasks can be as service on incineration toilets, solar cell systems and wallas heaters. Construction of terraces, repairs to cabins, staining and painting. Casting of smaller foundations/decks for sheds and extensions.
• If you also have a certificate for an excavator and experience with excavation/construction work, it is an advantage.

We are looking for Top Freelance Ski Instructors Winter 2026/2027 

We have had a ski school since 1975 and many tourists have gained the skills to enjoy our fantastic ski area and come back year after year. Our ski school "Active in Nature" has its own website and online booking of all lessons. This way the customer can sit at home and book their ski lessons, get help from the reception at the hotel or at the tourist office. Simple and easy! You as a ski instructor always have control via sms/email and App. 

As a freelance ski instructor, you decide when and how much you want to work. Your self-selected work periods are entered into a schedule in our system and you will automatically be notified via sms/email of your bookings and where to meet. 

We offer ski school at Nordseter, Birkebeineren Ski Stadium and Sjusjøen Ski Stadium. 

If you have a weekly day off or weekend that you usually use for skiing, you can combine this and at the same time earn money. We need instructors for all days of the week for Beginners Cross-Country Skiing, Classic Technique Cross-Country Skiing and Skating. 

Freelance ski instructors are not employed in the usual way, but receive a fee per completed lesson that corresponds to an agreed fixed share of the price. You are responsible for equipment, transport, insurance and holiday pay. Fees are paid monthly to your bank account. 

Your qualifications: 

• You must document completed a recognized ski instructor course, which is the basis for us to guarantee the customer a quality performance.
• You must be able to speak at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) and English.
