Our rental units all have their own entrance and are well located for a nature experience with the possibility of distance to other guests.
Key handover and key return take place through self-service outside.
Should you wish or need physical contact with us, we are ready at the Service Center to help you anyway. Three days before arrival you will receive an email with Information about your particular stay with us.
Cleaning routines in cabins and apartments:
All keys are cleaned before delivery and upon delivery
Effective chemicals are used that are kind to humans and nature.
All surfaces, including door handles, light switches, remote control, and hair dryer are thoroughly washed.
The cleaning staff wears a set of disposable gloves per. room.
The cleaning staff uses one set of cloths per room.
At the Service Center, we have the following routines.
All customers wash their hands before going in and shopping.
We encourage everyone to use payment cards etc. similar contactless payment.
We have reduced the seating inside to a minimum.
All employees follow a central action plan to deal with any infection.
Our employees have been instructed in how to best deal with the prevailing situation and how best to avoid infection.
We avoid shaking hands, and avoid situations where you are exposed to sneezing and coughing.
We have increased the use of antibacterial spray and hand sanitizer.
We encourage both employees and guests to be extra careful with hand hygiene.
