Our FrontDesk does not have permanent  staff. You can always turn to our servicestaff at the Servicesenter for help. Our staff will eventually take care that we contact you regarding your matter. 

You can contact our booking on weekdays (mon-fri) int he phonehours 10-15 or via e-mail and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

An envelope with your name is prepared for you. The envelope is picked up in the Service Centre in our openinghours. If you arrivel outside our openinghours the envelope is put out in the arrivalbox and you can arriva at any time you wish.

You are to give back the envelope with the reading of the electric consumption and keys on departureday at 10 o'clock. Later departure must be arranged with the booking at latest the day before. On departure you are bound to settle the payment for electricity either in cash in the envelope or by card in the openinghours.  

Bedlinen must be delivered to service centre in a bag.
