Rent a Canoe or Boat

The lake Nevelvann at 900 meters is the lake closest to the centre of Nordseter.

The water is perfect for families wanting to paddle canoe or boat. Bring your lunsjpack and enjoy the quietness by the lakeside.

Moose Safari (Guided) !
FALL 2009: Available only for groups!

Moosesafari is a very popular and exciting activity we are running on tuesdays and fridays.
We are going in a minibus into the mountains from Nordseter. The tour is guided and you will be told many fabulous stories and facts about the "King og the forest". We are making several stops on the way, but we are primarely in the bus cause that is were we have the best chances to have a close look at the animals.

We have very good binoculars so there is a chance to see the animals very close, even at larger distances.

The guide speaks english.

A great opportunity that you will not miss to explore!

You schould bring your camera, binocular and a warm coat.

The safari includes a Coffe/Tea picnic with our special homemade cakes. Duration app. 4 hrs.
Distance app. 100 km. In cases of bad weather the tour might be cancelled, therefor it of great importance that you remember to leave your full name, accomodation and telephone number so that we have a chance to reach you.

Rent a Bike
Nordseter Activty centre is has a rentalshop for adult and junior mountainbikes.
 
We have mountainbikes in the sizes from 15 - 22" (hight 150 - 190+ cm). Our Fuji Bullit Mountainbikes are equippet with hydraulic discbrakes. The Scott mountainbikes are equipped with V-brakes. 

You will find mountainbikes in two categories: with and without suspension.

RIVER CANOEING

Here, the whole family experienced something together. The tour starts at 10:00 and runs every Monday and Thursday from Nordseter. You paddle down the river Åsta, and in the course af the trip can stop in for breakfast. Here is where the opportunities for that visit a nature trail, or just enjoy the scenery together. Approximately at 14.00 coming in to the trip end point, where to find transportation back to Nordseter / Sjusjøen.

The trip costs NOK 350 per person, children uner 12 years NOK 200. The price includes all transportation. Breakfast may be included when ordering, or you can bring one yourselves. For booking send a mail to booking@nordseter.no or ordered via our online booking.
